Rates & Insurance

Rates

$130 per 50 minute session.   My fees are payable with cash, check or all major credit cards.  

With Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not submit claims to insurance and to not get paid by insurers.  If your insurance coverage includes out-of-network benefits, it may cover some or most of my fee, while you will be responsible for the difference.  I ask you to pay me directly.  Upon request, I can provide you with what is known as a Superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your health insurance company.  If you wish to use your insurance coverage, please call your insurer and find out the details of your specific coverage before scheduling the first consultation with me.

Without Insurance

If you wish do not have insurance coverage for mental health, or if you prefer not to use your insurance for confidentiality or for other reasons, my fees can be paid with cash, check or major credit cards.

Regardless of your insurance coverage, I’d be glad to discuss ways to make it possible for you to access the therapy that you are seeking.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. I charge the full-rate of the session for late cancellations except in case of illness or on a case by case basis in extraordinary circumstances.
