    Individual Therapy

    I offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions. 

    If you are new to therapy, you might be wondering what to expect. I view a first few sessions as consultive in nature; it is in these first few meetings where I will be weighing if I think I have the expertise to help you and you will be getting a sense of the what it is like to work with me and if I’m a good “fit”for you.

    Clients come to me to help navigate a variety of issues. My areas of expertise include: overcoming stress, anxiety & overwhelm, life transitions & change, spiritual and existential issues and trauma & grief work. Significant interests of mine are couples therapy and EMDR therapy.

    I see clients on a short-term, solution focused basis, as well as on a long term, insight oriented basis. Many of my clients have been with me for several years, and some have left and return when and as needed.

    My approach is integrative in nature – in my work I bring together the emotional, cognitive, behavioral and body-based systems within a person, also keeping in mind the larger social and transpersonal context of the person.
